3years old and almost 1yeard old

(mommy`s thoughts in random order, as they come)

Maya:
counts to 4-5 (although sometimes sees more and she`s really stubborn then)
knows numbers to 30 ("twenty-ten")
sings "Twinkle, twinkle", ABCs, Wlazl kotek, Aruko, and few others by herself, much more with and adult
loves pink, dresses, pony tails, all she can put in her hair (thank you, uncle Steve and auntie Kath, for the pink, girly stuff she just loves!)
thinks her best dress is her swimsuit
tries to figure out the world in Disney princess stories (Cinderella and Snow White right now)
when did sth wrong (like hit/push/kick Kalina) runs away and throws herself desperately on the mountain of pillows and blankets and looks around, and when mommy comes whispers "Maya crying"
is still very excited about the "auch" from few days ago when she had little bleeding on her knee
feeds Kalina everything she doesn`t wan to eat herself
thinks the toy that Kalina is holding in this very moment is the best in the house and she has to have it!
says funny things all the time (but mommy never remembers long enough to write it down)
knows everybody has their language and speaking english or polish to japanese people is hopeless
wants to play with scissors and cut shapes (daddy thinks she`s still to young, mommy lets her play sometimes)
likes to plan the day "Maya city, and kids, and bank, and milk, and juice, and onigiri, and later ice cream too"
thinks if she says "chocolate later, later!" it will make the forbidden possible
said last week "daddy, Maya wants America, uncle Chris, uncle Steve, daddy, America"

Kalina:
knows an open pet-bottle is much more fun than closed
wants to eat by herself from a plate (tries to use a spoon)
claps her hands
shakes head "No" when offered sth she doesn`t want/need right now
feeds mommy food she doesn`t need
loves tomatoes
moves her hands to the "twinkle, twinkle little star"
wants to be a part of the fun (esp roughhousing and bookreading with Maya)
drinks from a cup, but can`t from sippy or straw
bites
got the "I`m doing sth wrong" look recently, like when daddy caught her on playing with mommy`s purse
can open a box of blocks
doesn`t like tofu, bananas and apples (the only food she won`t eat)
tries to drink spills of Maya`s milk if mommy won`t wipe it fast enough
moves her legs constantly while nursing
likes to sleep a lot (comparing to Maya in her age)
started pointing on things with index finger few days ago
knows that books are fun but didn`t really it them out yet (although won`t eat them any more, good think :) )
almost always can be deceived by a cracker
doesn`t like the car, toys help, so do singing and making Maya laugh
is very impatient when it comes to food
initiates the "picaboo" game
rolls on the futons
